Digitizing your Logo:
We convert your company logo into a digital stitched format for a one-time set-up fee. All we need from you is a copy or a photo of your logo, and we can digitize it. Once digitized, your logo is stored for future orders. Digitization fees are waived for group embroidery orders of 20 or more pieces. Otherwise, fees range from $18.99 to $35.00, depending on logo complexity. The digitization fee is non-refundable and must be paid before we begin. You can pay by phone with a major credit card. Before production, we will email you a sample sew-out of your logo for approval.

- Phone number to best reach you during business hours
- Artwork or image desired (if you have a logo, send it for a quote). We prefer BITMAP (.bmp) or JPEG (.jpeg) formats for best results.
- Tell what type of item or garment you wish to have embroidered
- How many pieces are estimated for embroidery? (No order is too big or too small)
- Location of image or artwork on garment (if you have something in mind already)
Once we have collected the information from you, we will create a custom quote specific to your needs. Prices will vary based on the order’s quantity and complexity. Due to the individuality andare to meet with our staff and quantity of each order, we will also provide a more accurate estimate of completion time based on your specific order. Most orders are ready for pickup within 2 to 3 business days from artwork approval.
